Hello all, and thank you for visiting Anitra Frazier Art! Glad to have you on board.

This is my first blog, so I've decided to show you some of the materials that go into creating my paintings.

I use Lukas brand acrylic paint.(imported from Germany, sold only at Jerry's Artarama). I enjoy the rich color and smooth cover it provides.

To produce that shine, or glow, that you see in some of the images, I use Liquitex Iridescent medium. When applied, it gives a pearly glow. I use this sparingly.
